Healthcare facility preliminary approval is valid for a year and the facility needed to be setup during this phase and apply for a permanent license within this period.

How to prepare the facility for the DHA/DOH/MOH final inspection Once the facility is fully ready for the operations and fulfilling all the necessary health authority guidelines and the healthcare professionals has been hired and ready to work, then we can request for the final inspection, once the inspection report is successfully then the final approval will be issued by the respective health authority of the region.
